What fixing looks like

Can I re-grout pool tile myself?
Small, early-caught holes above the waterline can be reasonable DIY. Underwater work, spillways, and delamination belong to a pro.
What is the white buildup on my tile?
Efflorescence: minerals carried out by moisture. On the face it may be cosmetic; behind tile it means water is where it should not be.
How do I know if tile is delaminating?
It sounds hollow when tapped and may flex under gentle pressure. Delaminated tile is past re-grouting.
