Start with the history

We discuss when the water loss started, what you have noticed and whether any equipment or repair work happened recently. If you have bucket-test results, share the measurements and conditions. You can request a visit without completing a self-check.

Testing follows the system

Depending on the pool, testing may include an in-water inspection, dye near suspected leak points, pressure testing of individual plumbing lines or electronic listening. These are different tools for investigating different parts of the system; every visit does not necessarily use every method.

Prepare access and useful information

Arrange access to the pool, spa and equipment pad, secure pets away from the work area and have any available plumbing plans or recent repair notes ready. Ask us about equipment and water-level preparation when scheduling instead of draining the pool or changing settings yourself.

Understand the findings and next steps

We explain what the testing found and discuss the next steps for repair. Ask which parts of the system were tested and whether anything needs further investigation. Locating a leak and agreeing to repair work are separate steps in the conversation.
