Privacy policy

Last updated October 16, 2026. This explains what information this website collects, why, and what we do with it.

The short version

  • You can browse this site without giving us any personal information.
  • If you send a quote request, we use what you tell us to respond to you. That is all.
  • We do not sell your information.
  • Analytics only run if you agree to them.

Information you give us

When you submit the quote request form, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, your city or ZIP code, whether the property is residential or commercial, the facility name if you provide one, and anything you write about your pool or spa.

The form sends those details to us by email. The website itself does not keep a database of submissions. We keep the email as a record of your request, the same way we would keep notes from a phone call.

If you call us, we receive whatever information you share on the call.

How we use it

  • To contact you about your request and schedule service
  • To prepare a quote and carry out work you ask us to do
  • To keep records of the work we have done

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing.

Service providers

We use a small number of companies to run this website. They process information only to provide their service to us:

  • Vercel hosts the website. Like most web hosts, it records basic technical information such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security and reliability.
  • Resend delivers quote request emails from the website to us.
  • Microsoft Clarity provides analytics, only if you accept them (see below).

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies. With your permission, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are read and where people get stuck, so we can improve it. Clarity uses cookies and can record how you move through pages, including session recordings and heatmaps. By default, Clarity masks text typed into form fields.

Clarity does not load until you choose to allow it in the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, it does not load. Your choice is saved in your browser, and you can change it at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. To make a request, call us at (442) 944-2017.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
